If you’ve attended Resilience 101: Foundations, this journey will deepen your understanding and provide more tools for emotional regulation, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Built for beginners but also great for experienced practitioners returning to basics. What to Expect Week 1: Introduction - resilience, grounding, and stress responses Week 2: Cultivating self-love, compassion, and emotional regulation Week 3: Building connections and practicing compassionate communication Week 4: Planning, strategies, and practices Week 5: Integration and creating a sustainable routine What You Will Get Practical tools for stress management, emotional regulation, and somatic awareness. A personalized resilience roadmap to navigate challenges. Ongoing practices to integrate into your life, creating lasting change. Cancellation Policy
Online Course: All sessions will be conducted online via Zoom. Cameras and microphones are required to ensure full participation and interaction. Standards of Behavior: We expect all participants to create a respectful, safe, and supportive environment. This includes active participation, respect for others, and engaging with the course content and community. Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the start of the first session. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Refunds are not available for partial attendance. Please ensure you can attend all sessions before booking. Punctuality: Sessions will start on time. Please log in a couple of minutes early to ensure your technology is working properly and you are prepared for the session.
